Allison is responsible for the quality and mission alignment of all aspects of our programming. Since 2014 Allison has served in a number of roles for the OLC: coach, program development specialist, and strategic planning. In 2018 she became the organization’s first Program Director. Prior to Oakland Lacrosse, she worked in youth development agencies in the bay area for the past decade honing her skills in community building and program management in underserved communities, while also coaching for a variety of programs such as Tenacity, University High School and All West Lacrosse.
