“Sports gave me an opportunity to excel in ways I could have never imagined. What better way to give back to the youth in the city of Oakland than through OLC? I’m here to impact and, most importantly, be impacted!”
Erica is one of two Goggles High School Program Coordinators—overseeing all aspects ranging from recruitment, team development, and coordinating academic support and enrichment activities. Erica joined OLC during Fall of 2022. Prior to OLC, Erica spent most of her career as a professional volleyball player and coached volleyball at Mira Costa Community College. She received her degree in communication at Arizona State University and played D1 for the university as well. As a retired athlete and now OLC coordinator she strives to make a positive impact within the girls lacrosse program in Oakland.
