Hayden oversees all aspects of middle school and helmets high school programming—ranging from recruitment, team development, and coordinating academic support and enrichment activities. Hayden joined the OLC in the spring of 2018 as a graduate intern. In August of 2019, he became our Boys Coordinator. Prior to Oakland Lacrosse, Hayden coached with several programs around the Bay Area and in southern California while earning a Masters in Sports and Recreation Management from Saint Mary’s College of California.
