This summer, our Ambassadors took their OLC values off the field and into the offices of private equity firm Accel-KKR. From hearing life lessons from CEO Tom Barnds, to practicing elevator pitches and networking, to closing the day with OLC-style shout outs, our players showed up ready to learn, grow, and lead.

Together, they reached more than 1,000 middle and elementary schoolers while also building their own leadership and life skills through professional development on and off the field.
